Requirements
- Hotel sales or guest-facing experience, or a degree in hospitality or marketing.
- Strong administrative skills and good Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Opera/SynXis and Russian or Mandarin a plus; resort experience preferred.
- Confident, well-presented host for guests, trade partners and media.
- Highly organised multitasker who keeps every detail on track.
- Clear communicator in spoken and written English.
- Reliable team player, proactive and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities
- 01Run the commercial office administration, trackers, sales log and databases.
- 02Host site inspections, fam, media and influencer trips with meet-and-greet and show-rounds.
- 03Reply to general resort enquiries within 24 hours with fact sheets and images.
- 04Manage comp stays, contracts and amendments through the agreed sign-off chain.
- 05Coordinate trade show, roadshow and sales-trip logistics, bookings and expenses.
- 06Hold collateral stock and compile inputs for weekly and monthly commercial reports.
