Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, airport services, guest relations, airline, lounge, transport or food & beverage operations.
- Good spoken and written English with strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional, well-groomed and composed under pressure.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using email, messaging, spreadsheets and other digital systems.
- Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to meet airport access, security and background-clearance requirements.

Responsibilities
- 01Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests at designated airport and lounge areas.
- 02Coordinate seaplane, domestic flight, speedboat and ground-transfer arrangements.
- 03Assist guests with luggage and provide clear information regarding transfers and travel arrangements.
- 04Monitor flight and transfer updates and handle delays, disruptions and luggage-related matters.
- 05Provide attentive lounge service, including food and beverage service, cleanliness and guest comfort.
- 06Maintain stock levels, food-safety standards, operational records and lounge presentation.
- 07Communicate effectively with resort departments, transport providers and other service partners.
- 08Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate matters when required.
- 09Follow all airport security, health and safety, emergency and confidentiality procedures.
- 10Complete accurate shift handovers and operational reports.
