Requirements
- Registered with the Maldives Medical and Dental Council (MMDC) and holding the required licence to practice in the Maldives
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Guest service oriented with a professional personality
- Ability to respond effectively and adapt to different medical situations and circumstances
- Relevant medical degree, formal education and professional training
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience working in an ultra-luxury resort and the ability to adapt to a remote island/resort environment in the Maldives will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- 01Oversee the Resort Clinic operations
- 02Provide high-quality medical care to JOALI Hosts and Guests
- 03Ensure the Medical Centre's facilities and services are effectively utilised and consistently maintained in line with JOALI standards
- 04Deliver professional, responsive and guest-focused medical services
