Requirements

Responsibilities
- 01Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service throughout the guest journey.
- 02Welcome, assist, and engage with guests, ensuring a memorable resort experience.
- 03Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements with relevant departments.
- 04Promote and upsell resort facilities, dining experiences, spa, excursions, and other services.
- 05Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- 06Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and communication records.
- 07Liaise closely with Front Office, Airport, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- 08Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and data privacy requirements.
- 09Uphold the highest standards of grooming, professionalism, and the resort's service culture while supporting operational needs as required.
