Responsibilities
- 01Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks.
- 02Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, material control requisitions, presentations and daily attendance.
- 03Act as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
- 04Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- 05Maintain organized records of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, inventory and meeting minutes.
- 06Support the engineering team in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues.
- 07Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking for engineering projects.
