Requirements

- Proven track record of driving room revenue growth through effective forecasting, pricing, and distribution strategies.

Responsibilities
- 01Ensure the effective operation of the Revenue and Reservations department in meeting the resort's business goals.
- 02Train and lead the Reservations team to ensure accuracy in guest bookings, maximizing revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.
- 03Maintain full awareness of the resort's selling strategy, rates, packages, and booking status at all times.
- 04Manage room inventory, including allotments, blocks, and rate codes across all relevant systems.
- 05Drive maximum revenue from preferred rate and package products through effective selling strategy.
- 06Prepare weekly, monthly, and long-term room revenue forecasts by market segment, and lead fortnightly revenue meetings.
- 07Partner with the E-Commerce Manager to optimize distribution across Sabre CRS, GDS, vakkarumaldives.com, and tour operator channels.
- 08Maintain accurate, up-to-date booking status and liaise with the Accounts Department on reservation procedures, commissions, and credit facilities.
