Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, POS systems, and related hospitality applications will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of network security, data backup, troubleshooting, and IT maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- 01Manage and maintain the resort's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and hardware to ensure smooth daily operations.
- 02Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to all departments, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- 03Monitor and maintain network connectivity, servers, software applications, and other business-critical systems.
- 04Ensure data security, system backups, cybersecurity compliance, and adherence to company IT policies.
- 05Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades.
- 06Maintain IT equipment inventory, software licenses, and ensure proper utilization of IT resources.
- 07Support the implementation of new technologies and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- 08Conduct preventive maintenance, maintain IT documentation, and provide necessary technical guidance to colleagues.
