Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with ideally within luxury hotels/resorts.
- Proven track record in high-volume food production, multi-outlet management, creative menu development, and fine dining operations.
- Strong proficiency in kitchen cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and food waste reduction strategies.
- Exceptional knowledge of international food safety systems, with active HACCP and ISO certifications highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
