Responsibilities
- 01Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- 02Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, training arrangements, and required documentation
- 03Support visa and work permit applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, documentation, and compliance tracking
- 04Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
- 05Manage office administration, supplies, facilities, travel arrangements, and general HR support
- 06Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR documentation
- 07Support probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee goal tracking
- 08Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee information
