Responsibilities
- 01Prepares gelato, sorbets and other frozen desserts, develops new additions to the frozen desserts menu and maintains consistent taste, texture and quality
- 02Manages ingredients, stock and production while following food safety and hygiene standards
- 03Responsible for cashiering, POS transactions and customer service while taking charge of front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
- 04Coordinates the service team and ensures smooth daily operations
- 05Welcomes customers with a friendly and positive attitude, takes and serves orders, and prepares beverages, coffees, sundaes, gelato and other counter items
- 06Keeps the service area clean, organised and ready for service
- 07Supports the kitchen team with daily food preparation, mise en place and cooking while maintaining quality, food safety, storage and cleanliness standards
