Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality or tourism marketing/sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Maldives tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Maldives tourism market.
- Established contacts with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs or other tourism partners will be a strong advantage.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media and OTA platforms.
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in hotel/resort openings, diving, surfing, fishing or adventure tourism will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- 01Plan and manage marketing activities for both properties.
- 02Develop campaigns to increase enquiries, direct bookings and revenue.
- 03Promote Reveries Diving Village for diving, surfing, fishing and adventure travel.
- 04Develop the marketing strategy and launch plan for Reveries Eco Hotel.
- 05Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and tourism partners.
- 06Manage social media, digital marketing, website content and promotional campaigns.
- 07Strengthen the online presence of both properties, including OTA platforms.
- 08Develop attractive packages and promotions together with the Operations and Reservations teams.
- 09Identify new markets, business opportunities and emerging tourism trends.
- 10Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
