Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or professional HR qualification.
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
- Proven experience in Maldives lifestyle resorts, with a strong understanding of local labour laws and expatriate employment regulations.
- Strong leadership in employee relations and HR practices, with a proven track record in change management and organizational development.
- Demonstrated ability to build a performance-driven culture, strengthen employee engagement and lead a diverse, multicultural workforce.
Responsibilities
- 01Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with resort objectives and brand standards.
- 02Lead recruitment, manpower planning, succession planning, and talent retention.
- 03Ensure compliance with Maldivian labour laws, work permits, and HR policies.
- 04Oversee learning and development, change management and employee engagement.
- 05Manage employee relations, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, and HR operations.
