Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality in Maldives with proven revenue results.
- Strong knowledge of leisure, corporate, MICE, wholesale, OTA, travel trade, and international market segments.
- Proven ability in business development, key account management, contract negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, pricing, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with strong proficiency in English.

- 03Manage high-value client and partner relationships, leading negotiations, contracts, sales calls, presentations, and business reviews.
- 04Monitor market trends, competitor activity, booking patterns, and sales performance to identify opportunities and drive commercial growth.
