Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership experience within luxury hospitality or resort operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Maldives Employment Act, labour regulations, immigration requirements, work permit procedures, and HR compliance practices.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and colleague engagement.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism, sound judgement, and confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration, HR policies, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
- Experience leading multicultural teams and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
- 01Drive the resort's colleagues strategy in alignment with Hyatt's purpose and business objectives.
- 02Partner with the Leadership Committee to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
- 03Champion colleague engagement, learning and development, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.
- 04Lead workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development efforts.
- 05Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations and people management practices.
- 06Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, immigration requirements, and Hyatt policies.
- 07Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and empowered.
- 08Oversee the Employee Restaurant operation, ensuring quality standards, colleague satisfaction, and operational excellence.
