Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel financial systems – iScala.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret financial information and provide meaningful recommendations to operational teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across departments.

Responsibilities
- 01Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and general store costs to ensure budgetary compliance.
- 02Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations of food, beverage, operating supplies, and equipment.
- 03Review and verify receiving, purchasing, and issuing procedures to ensure compliance with Hyatt policies and internal controls.
- 04Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- 05Monitor menu costing, recipe costing, and pricing structures in collaboration with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams.
- 06Ensure accurate stock records and inventory valuation in the system.
- 07Review supplier pricing and purchasing practices to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- 08Conduct spot checks and audits on inventory, receiving, storage, and operational practices.
- 09Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and cost accounting.
- 10Partner with department heads to enhance cost awareness and ensure effective control measures are maintained across the resort.
