Responsibilities

  1. 01Oversee and maintain resort IT infrastructure, including servers, PCs, and wired/wireless networks.
  2. 02Monitor performance and reliability of critical operational systems such as Opera, Micros, door lock software, and CCTV.
  3. 03Implement and enforce IT security policies and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. 04Supervise the maintenance of data backups and ensure recovery systems are functioning correctly.
  5. 05Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  6. 06Provide training and guidance to staff members on IT systems and literacy.
  7. 07Generate regular reports on system performance, incident trends, and compliance for senior management.
