Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort or hotel
- Previous experience managing main kitchen and all-day dining operations
- Proven experience in buffet production, à la carte service, banquets and events
- Strong understanding of food cost, portion control, inventory management and waste reduction
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and food preparation techniques
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
