Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a resort or hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for multiple properties
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel sales systems such as Opera, Delphi or CRM
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for sales calls, trade shows and client events
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written); proficiency in an additional language is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
