Requirements
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

- Basic English language, both written and verbal, necessary for completion of requisitions, and to communicate with colleagues.

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee the assigned kitchen with regards to food production.
- 02Communicate regularly with the Executive Chef and ensure that all responsibilities and tasks are completed as required.
- 03Ensure that the kitchen team is working in a safe, productive manner and adhere to all sanitation requirements, in line with the company's HACCP procedures.
- 04Monitor daily house count and adjust production levels accordingly to ensure minimal waste and proper food turn over.
