Requirements
- Certified PADI Dive Instructor with at least 6 years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Fluent in English and German, additional language is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Revenue and goal-driven, with a focus on growth and efficiency
- Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Experience working in multicultural environments with diverse nationalities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee the daily operations of the dive and water sports center, ensuring a high-quality guest experience
- 02Assist in managing bookings, scheduling, and equipment maintenance
- 03Supervise and train dive center staff, ensuring compliance with PADI safety regulations and company standards
- 04Provide leadership in team coordination, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- 05Work closely with resort partners to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
- 06Maintain records, operational reports, and all necessary documentation
- 07Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards
