Requirements
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Capable of leading boat crews and assistant captains
- Ability to maintain all boats as per company standards
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of resort experience required
