Requirements
- PADI Dive Instructor or higher teaching status required
- Qualified Marine Biologist (minimum BSc) with any experience in coral nurseries
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dive professional
- Proficient in English and additional languages (French, German, Russian or Spanish) are a plus
- Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in activities such as water sports
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable
- Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus

Responsibilities
- 01Lead PADI courses at all levels with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring full compliance with PADI standards and regulations
- 02Guide divers and snorkelers of varying skill levels to local dive sites
- 03Manage dive reception, handle guest reservations, diver registrations, and issue dive equipment
- 04Ensure all gear is prepared for students and divers before guest arrivals
- 05Provide and facilitate the sale of water sports and diving promotional materials and equipment
- 06Assist in other activities organised and operated by the Dive and Water Sports Centre
- 07Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards
