Responsibilities

  1. 01Plan, organise, and coordinate welfare activities, recreational events, sports and cultural programmes.
  2. 02Oversee the condition of accommodation, recreational facilities and ensure they are well maintained.
  3. 03Serve as a first point of contact for staff welfare concerns and assist new associates in settling into accommodation.
  4. 04Organise events, sports tournaments, recognition programmes, and festive activities.
  5. 05Assist in HR administrative tasks.
  6. 06Promote a positive work culture and interdepartmental communications.
