F&B Outlet Manager

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and outlet management
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse F&B team to achieve operational and service excellence
• Strong guest-focused mindset with the ability to provide courteous, professional, and personalized service at all times
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Good knowledge of F&B service procedures, menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and guest complaint handling
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, grooming, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and proactively respond to guest needs, operational challenges, and service concerns
• Good understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, stock control, and operational reporting
