Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Rooms Division Manager or similar management role in a 5-star luxury resort, preferably in the Maldives
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Villa Host operations
- Strong knowledge of LQA standards and luxury hospitality service requirements
- Proficiency in property management systems, preferably Opera and Microsoft Office
- Experience managing room inventory, occupancy forecasts, upgrades and upselling initiatives
- Strong complaint-handling skills with prompt follow-up and effective service recovery

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee the complete guest journey from arrival and room allocation to departure
- 02Manage VIP arrangements, guest preferences and personalized services
- 03Train, motivate and develop a multicultural team with strong leadership
- 04Manage room inventory, occupancy forecasts, upgrades and upselling initiatives
- 05Prepare departmental budgets, control expenses and plan staffing effectively
- 06Handle complaints with prompt follow-up and effective service recovery
- 07Review guest feedback, monitor departmental performance and implement improvements
- 08Ensure knowledge of guest privacy, workplace safety and emergency procedures
