Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Rooms Division Manager or similar management role in a 5-star luxury resort, preferably in the Maldives
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proven experience managing Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Rooms operations
- Strong knowledge of LQA standards and luxury hospitality service requirements
- Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and develop a multicultural team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and departmental coordination skills
- Proficiency in property management systems, preferably Opera and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of guest privacy, workplace safety, and emergency procedures

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee the complete guest journey, from arrival and room allocation to departure
- 02Manage Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Rooms operations
- 03Manage VIP arrangements, guest preferences, and personalised services
- 04Train, motivate, and develop a multicultural team
- 05Review guest feedback, monitor departmental performance, and implement service improvements
- 06Prepare departmental budgets, control expenses, and plan staffing effectively
- 07Manage room inventory, occupancy forecasts, upgrades, and upselling initiatives
