Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Villa Host Supervisor or in a similar position
  • Previous experience in a five-star luxury resort
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Opera
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • Maldives resort experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of LQA standards will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  1. 01Carry out all tasks in line with Front Office Procedures and Standards
  2. 02Supervise and guide the Villa Host team
  3. 03Ensure personalized service for every guest
  4. 04Handle guest requests, concerns, and special arrangements
  5. 05Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Transport, and Food & Beverage
  6. 06Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties
  7. 07Monitor guest preferences and update guest profiles
  8. 08Ensure smooth arrivals, stays, and departures
  9. 09Train Villa Hosts and monitor service standards
  10. 10Maintain accurate reports and shift handovers
