Requirements

  • Prior supply chain experience in a healthcare facility will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  1. 01Carry out the day-to-day work of warehouse and logistics area of the hospital
  2. 02Liaise with suppliers
  3. 03Receive goods and enter details into the system
  4. 04Daily check of stock, keep updated records and manage inventory
  5. 05Manage smooth distribution of stocks to the requesting department
  6. 06Follow proper storage conditions as per manufacturers or other relevant authorities
  7. 07Forecasting of required materials as per consumption
  8. 08Manage logs and tracking of expiry dates of all items
  9. 09Submission of vendor bills to Finance
  10. 10Assist in administrative tasks, such as handling and preparation of paperwork
