Requirements
- Valid Boat Licence and Coastal Navigation Certificate Level 2 (Niyami).
- Maritime safety training and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Minimum 3 years of professional boat operation experience, preferably in luxury resorts or marine tourism.
- Strong knowledge of navigation, GPS, maritime safety and weather assessment.
- Experience in vessel handling, maintenance and crew supervision.
- Confident decision-maker with strong safety awareness and emergency response skills.
- Excellent guest service, communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong swimming ability and flexibility to support Watersports operations.

Responsibilities
- 01Safely operate resort vessels for guest transfers, excursions, fishing trips and watersports activities.
- 02Ensure safe navigation, assessing weather, sea conditions and potential marine hazards.
- 03Take full responsibility for guest safety, comfort and service throughout each journey.
- 04Supervise and guide Boat Crew, ensuring safe and professional vessel operations.
- 05Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring vessels are safe, maintained and operationally ready.
- 06Oversee safe docking, anchoring, mooring and emergency procedures.
- 07Support daily Watersports and Excursion operations, including equipment preparation and guest activities.
- 08Maintain accurate vessel logs and ensure compliance with marine regulations and safety standards.
