Requirements
- Previous experience in a guest service, front office, call centre, or communication-based role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and effectively with guests, colleagues and management
- Good organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and hotel systems (PMS knowledge is an advantage)
- Ability to remain calm, polite and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Attention to detail and accuracy in message handling, logging and follow-up
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high hospitality standards
