Responsibilities
- 01Preparation of pastry, bakery, desserts, and other assigned food items according to established recipes and standards.
- 02Follow proper food handling, HACCP, personal hygiene, and food safety practices at all times.
- 03Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the pastry kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- 04Assist with proper storage, stock rotation, portion control, and minimising food wastage.
- 05Support the pastry chef and kitchen team in daily operations while continuously developing pastry and bakery skills.
