Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, valuations, and variation claims.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- 01Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets.
- 02Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings and site measurements.
- 03Prepare and evaluate quotations, variations, and variation claims.
- 04Monitor project costs and implement effective cost-control measures.
- 05Review contractor and subcontractor payment claims and supporting documents.
- 06Maintain accurate records of project costs, quantities, variations, and other QS-related documentation.
- 07Coordinate with the Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- 08Ensure all quantity surveying activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and contractual obligations.
