Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating employee information in the HRIS
  • Assist in data entry, record maintenance, filing staff records
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee biometric records
  • Prepare employee identification cards
  • Assist in preparing departmental reports and collecting data required for reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 4 Passes in A’levels

Preferred Requirements

  • Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office software
