Requirements
- Certification in Fitness Training, Yoga Instruction, Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a gym, fitness center, wellness facility, resort, or hotel environment.
- Sound knowledge of fitness training principles, yoga practices, exercise techniques, and wellness concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for health, wellness, and guest service.
- Ability to motivate and inspire guests to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to embrace new ideas, adapt to change, and contribute innovative wellness experiences.

Responsibilities
- 01Conduct and assist with fitness, stretching, yoga, and wellness sessions for guests of varying fitness levels.
- 02Provide guidance and support to guests on the proper use of gym equipment and fitness techniques.
- 03Ensure the fitness center, yoga pavilion, and wellness areas are clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
- 04Monitor guest safety during fitness activities and respond appropriately to any incidents or emergencies.
- 05Assist in developing and promoting wellness programs, fitness activities, and special wellness events.
- 06Conduct regular inspections of gym equipment and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
- 07Maintain accurate records of guest participation, equipment checks, and wellness activities.
- 08Ensure all wellness facilities comply with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- 09Perform any other duties as assigned by Management in line with operational and business requirements.
