Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a bartender in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end bar
- Professional qualification in bartending, hospitality, or food and beverage preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, and beverages
- Good understanding of mixology techniques, cocktail presentation, garnishing, and recipes
- Previous experience in a luxury resort or international hospitality environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with good command of English
- Well-groomed, professional, energetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- 01Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to established standards
- 02Provide personalised and attentive service and recommend beverages based on guest preferences
- 03Maintain excellent standards of bar presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation
- 04Ensure proper stock control, inventory, portion control, and minimisation of wastage
- 05Maintain and properly use all bar equipment, glassware, tools, and supplies
- 06Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- 07Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience and support smooth daily operations
