Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience as a HR Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a resort setting.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
