Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in Front Office, Reception, or Guest Relations
  • Previous experience in a Maldives resort is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS is preferred
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer-service skills

Responsibilities

  1. 01Welcome guests and provide a warm, personalised check-in and check-out experience
  2. 02Handle guest requests, inquiries, reservations, and transportation arrangements
  3. 03Provide information about resort facilities, activities, dining, and excursions
  4. 04Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest services
  5. 05Assist with guest concerns and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up
  6. 06Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and front-office documentation
  7. 07Assist with airport transfers, speedboat/seaplane arrangements, and other guest requirements
  8. 08Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism at all times
