Requirements
- Secondary school education or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star resort or hotel environment.
- Previous experience as a Valet, Bell Attendant, or Guest Services Attendant will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Physically fit and capable of handling guest luggage and performing duties that require standing and walking for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- 01Welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- 02Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation, and escorting them to and from their villas or designated locations.
- 03Provide guests with information regarding resort facilities, services, activities, and directions as required.
- 04Ensure all guest luggage is handled safely, accurately, and delivered promptly.
- 05Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas, buggies, and arrival/departure points.
- 06Report any guest concerns, maintenance issues, lost and found items, or unusual incidents to the relevant department.
- 07Ensure resort vehicles and buggies assigned for guest transportation are clean and presentable at all times.
