Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' finance or accounting experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience in month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork.

- 01Assist in managing daily finance and accounting operations.
- 02Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- 03Monitor revenue, expenses, departmental costs, and financial performance.
- 04Ensure accurate accounting records, reconciliations, and timely financial closing.
- 05Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- 06Coordinate with departments to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
- 07Support internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
- 08Assist the Director of Finance/Assistant Director of Finance in achieving the resort's financial objectives.
