Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration; supervisory experience is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, applications, printers, and basic network troubleshooting
- Experience supporting networks, Wi-Fi, user accounts, email systems, and common business applications
- Understanding of IT security, antivirus tools, backups, access control, and data-protection practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organisation, and customer-service skills, with fluency in English
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and coordinate effectively with colleagues and external vendors
- A professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to provide hands-on support in a luxury resort environment

Responsibilities
- 01Establish an efficient IT system for the entire Hotel
- 02Manage the physical assets of the assigned area within the established policy and procedure, including goals, files and data's protection maintenance
- 03Support IT and implementation of initiatives for the hotel, aligned with hotel's operational goals and business objectives
- 04Enhance system performance and security by monitoring, diagnosing and adjusting performance on LAN and network servers
- 05Manage upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance to optimise security and network connectivity, providing training and support
- 06Ensure compliance with IT standards by overseeing implementation, maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure
- 07Execute technology projects including workstation and server, Wi-Fi, PBX, IPTV, Opera PMS, POS and other hotel IT applications
