Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in Food & Beverage operation, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Strong beverage knowledge and bar operations experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP, health & safety, and service standards.
- Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a remote location or island life.
- Strong organizational skills in maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory and expenditures.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- 01Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- 02Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high beverage standards.
- 03Ensure bars, service stations, and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- 04Monitor beverage quality, stock levels, storage, and HACCP standards.
- 05Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- 06Lead team briefings and support staff training and development.
- 07Ensure proper cash handling, safety, and emergency procedures.
- 08Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and service.
- 09Perform other duties as assigned by management.
