Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
- Good knowledge of Maldivian marine life, coral reefs, and marine conservation.
- Strong swimming and snorkelling skills with relevant certifications.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification; rescue training is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service and marine activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.

- 01Assist the Marine Biologist with marine conservation projects, coral reef monitoring, and environmental awareness activities.
- 02Conduct guided snorkelling excursions and educate guests about marine life and coral reef ecosystems.

- 04Promote responsible snorkelling practices and marine environmental protection.
- 05Ensure guest safety and provide exceptional service during all marine activities.
- 06Assist with marine educational presentations and guest engagement activities.
