Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Revenue Management or Reservations within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven expertise in revenue management, pricing strategies, forecasting, and yield management.
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS, One Yield, or Fidelio.
- Experience managing OTAs, e-commerce platforms, and online distribution channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Proven leadership with the ability to train, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in the Maldives, a remote island, or luxury resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities
- 01Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
- 02Manage the reservations operation, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all bookings.
- 03Optimize all distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, and other online platforms.
- 04Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to identify revenue opportunities.
- 05Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business decisions.
- 06Lead regular revenue meetings and recommend strategies to improve commercial performance.
- 07Drive online sales through effective management of the resort's e-commerce channels.
- 08Ensure the accuracy of reservation and revenue data through regular audits and reporting.
- 09Lead, train, and develop the Reservations team to achieve operational excellence.
- 10Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
