Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in yoga, fitness, or wellness, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Recognized Yoga Instructor certification; fitness certification is an advantage.
- Experience or certification in meditation and sound healing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of yoga, fitness, mindfulness, and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Passion for holistic wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Maldives or luxury resort experience is preferred.
- Positive, flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- 01Conduct yoga, fitness, meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing sessions for guests.
- 02Deliver personalized and group wellness activities based on guest needs and fitness levels.
- 03Ensure all sessions are safe, engaging, and delivered according to brand standards.
- 04Maintain knowledge of wellness programs, facilities, packages, and promotions.
- 05Create engaging wellness experiences and provide excellent guest service.
- 06Promote wellness activities and packages to support departmental revenue.
- 07Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, safety, and professional conduct.
- 08Keep updated with the latest wellness trends and techniques.
- 09Complete required reports and administrative duties accurately and on time.
- 10Support the Spa Manager in achieving operational and quality objectives.
