Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts experience in a hotel, guest house or resort, including stores or inventory work.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance; working knowledge of PMS and POS systems and strong Excel skills.
- Good written and spoken English; willing to live and work on Dhiffushi.

Responsibilities
- 01Prepare daily sales reports, complete daily and month-end sales closing, and carry out the night audit in the PMS.
- 02Reconcile cash, card and bank collections, manage cashier floats and prepare bank deposits.
- 03Maintain stock records for F&B, housekeeping, spa and general stores; carry out monthly stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
- 04Monitor stock levels against par levels and raise purchase orders to replenish stock on time.
- 05Check goods received against purchase orders and supplier invoices; process supplier payments and petty cash.
- 06Submit month-end reports to the Finance team in Malé and support TGST and Green Tax records.
