Responsibilities
- 01Provide professional wine recommendations based on guests' preferences and food choices
- 02Present and serve wines according to established service standards
- 03Maintain and manage the wine list, including availability, pricing, and selections
- 04Ensure proper storage and handling of all wines
- 05Conduct wine tasting and knowledge sessions for F&B team members
- 06Assist in selecting and purchasing wines in coordination with the management team
- 07Monitor wine stock levels and assist with regular inventory checks
- 08Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the wine cellar and wine service areas
- 09Ensure proper wine glassware, service equipment, and presentation standards
- 10Work closely with the Restaurant and F&B teams to enhance the overall dining experience
