- 01Lead and manage all daily operations of the F&B service and beverage team
- 02Supervise restaurant, bar, and in-villa dining service to ensure exceptional guest experience
- 03Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards
- 04Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and beverage operations
- 05Oversee beverage programs including inventory, menu planning, and cost control
- 06Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- 07Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations
- 08Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- 09Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations
