Requirements
- A diploma or certificate in hotel management, hospitality, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or hotel administration will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of housekeeping and laundry operations
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and Excel
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
- Good attention to detail with strong administrative and record-keeping skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities
- 01Coordinate daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- 02Coordinate room status, guest requests, and operational requirements with relevant departments
- 03Prepare duty rosters, schedules, reports and maintain accurate departmental records
- 04Coordinate the collection, processing, distribution, and inventory of linen, uniforms, and laundry
- 05Monitor housekeeping and laundry supplies, stock levels, and replenishment requirements
- 06Coordinate guest laundry services and ensure timely and accurate delivery
- 07Follow up on maintenance requests, equipment breakdowns, lost and found matters, and other operational requirements
- 08Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, quality, and departmental standards
- 09Provide administrative and operational support to the housekeeping management team
- 10Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of operational requirements
