Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration and licence to practise in Maldives.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong emergency response, first aid, and patient-care skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous resort or remote-island experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- 01Provide primary healthcare, first aid, and emergency medical support to employees and guests.
- 02Assess and manage minor illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
- 03Administer medications, injections, dressings, and prescribed treatments.
- 04Coordinate hospital referrals, medical appointments, and evacuations when required.
- 05Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and medical reports.
- 06Manage medicines, clinic supplies, and emergency medical equipment.
- 07Conduct health screenings and promote employee health and wellness.
- 08Ensure compliance with infection control, occupational health, and safety standards.
- 09Maintain the clinic and medical equipment in a clean, organized, and ready condition.
