Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in Chinese cuisine preparation and presentation, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking methods, ingredients, seasonings and flavour profiles
- Proficiency in Chinese cooking techniques including stir-frying, wok cooking, steaming, deep-frying and sauce preparation
- Sound understanding of HACCP principles, food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Holds a Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or an equivalent professional qualification
- Good command of English communication
